FEULING camshaft kits for Milwaukee Eight engines include chain drive camshaft, lifters and a cam installation kit that includes cam bearing, cam/crank hardware and a gasket/O-ring kit that allows for install of the factory one piece pushrods and or our optional and recommended heavy duty HP+ 0.165 wall one piece pushrods - see # 4087

Feuling fastener kit #3047 is also highly recommend to help prevent cylinder head cracking, this kit replaces the rocker shaft bolts with studs and nuts to help reduce the stress on the rocker shaft standoffs.

HP+ kits come with HP+ lifters and RACE SERIES kits come with RACE SERIES lifters


405 CAM - A workhorse, producing a wide powerband increasing torque and HP throughout the entire RPM range when compared to stock. Direct bolt in replacement for Milwaukee Eight engines, can be used with stock valve springs, pushrods, lifters and exhaust. Will respond well with slip-on mufflers and or complete exhaust system and a high flow air cleaner. Note Feuling recommends using free flowing mufflers with smaller cores for best lower RPM power and pull.

TECH TIP FOR USING 1 PIECE PUSHRODS:
1.) Remove gas tank, spark plug wires from plugs, left side spark plugs, fuel injector plug ins, compression release plug ins etc.
2.) Remove front top engine mount, from frame first then cylinder heads
3.) Remove exhaust
4.) Remove oil line oil cooled models small catch tray on top of trans cover, wad of rags in the front to catch oil
5.) Remove cam cover, rotate engine to timing marks
6.) Remove top rocker covers, rocker arms, pushrods, pushrod tubes, lifter covers
